Q. Is PlantBrolly weatherproof?
A. Yes! It's designed for Australia's hot summers. It can be used in light winds and rain, but as in all umbrellas....don't use in windy conditions. Dry before storage.
Q. How do I set it up?
A. It's super simple - select desired attachment and push firmly into the soil. The 3 pronged attachment may require pushing with a foot if the soil is dry or root congested.
Q. Can I use it indoors?
A. Whilst it is made for outdoors, some people use it to protect plants in a conservatory or sunroom.

Q. Are there any special instructions for assembling or extending the umbrella pole?
A: Yes, for optimal stability and product longevity, please note a simple rule for extending the pole:
1. When attaching the extension pole, do not push the clamp beyond the spot and over the bend mechanism.
2. This is designed to ensure a strong and secure lock to protect the internal pole components from unnecessary stress. You may see a warning label on the pole reminding you of this: "Do not push clamp beyond the marked spot."

Q. What is your return policy?
A. We accept returns for manufacturing defects within 30 days of purchase, with proof of purchase. We do not accept returns for change of mind or normal wear and tear. Approved returns may be refunded or replaced, and refunds typically take 5–10 business days to appear on your original payment method. Contact us at hello@plantbrolly.com to initiate a return.
Q. How long does shipping take?
A. Orders are processed within 1–3 business days from our Australian warehouse. Metro deliveries generally take 2–5 business days and regional deliveries 5–10 business days. Free shipping is available within Australia. International shipping has set flat rates and delivery times vary by destination, you’ll receive tracking details once your order ships.
