If you believe your item has a manufacturing defect, you may request a return or replacement within 30 days of purchase, provided you have proof of purchase.

Eligibility for Returns

  • Are returned within 30 days of the purchase date, and
  • Include a valid proof of purchase (such as a receipt or order confirmation).

Please note: We do not accept returns for:

  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect use or handling
  • Normal wear and tear

How to Request a Return

  • Your order number
  • Proof of purchase
  • Photos or details showing the manufacturing defect

Once your return request is reviewed, we’ll provide instructions for returning the item if eligible.

Refunds or Replacements

If approved, we will offer a replacement or a refund to your original payment method. Refunds may take 5–10 business days to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.
