Very prompt delivery & response & rectification of a missing part, very impressed with your customer care and service, thank you!
Plant brolly is amazing.
Have used it not only for protecting my seedlings and plants, it came in handy when cleaning and vacuum packing our salami on the back deck, in shading the salami after cleaning, by keeping the sun off them.
A truly versatile product. 😋👍👍
This marvelous product is so well designed and thought out. Perfection. It is exactly what I’ve been looking for to protect plants in the garden during peak hot sun summer. Cannot recommend it more highly. Thank you. k in California
Customer service was amazing and they went above and beyond when we had delivery issues with USPS in the United States.
Hello, firstly thank you for your support and I am disappointed to hear that you are having difficulties regarding delivery from USPS. An email to hello@plantbrolly.com would have enabled us to promptly resolve this issue.
Once deliveries leave Australia our postal service, Australia Post, hands over to USPS who generally leave an instruction card on how to retrieve your package?
I have sent you an email with an attachment of tracking details that also contains information FYI.
Please reach out to us again by email in the event you have further questions
Kind regards

Phenomenal umbrella! It gives the perfect amount of shade and sunlight, structure is SOLID and the mounting claws are no joke! I couldn’t be happier; actually, I don’t know who’s happier…. My plants or I :) Shipping was super fast and it shipped all the way to the 🇺🇸 United States, to a small town in Arizona named Tubac! We typically have to wait longer for Amazon packages than I did from PlantBrolly. They shipped the same day I ordered! Thank you very much PlantBrolly for a great and easy shopping experience and the lightning fast shipping!
